North Dakota Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB) provides verification of monthly UIB benefit amounts individuals have received from North Dakota. Data received as a result of any UIB interface search is owned by Job Service North Dakota.
UIB will provide information from the previous 12 months. This data is updated monthly and will display the prior month’s income. There is no age restriction on this data.
Due to federal requirements, IEVS Job Service Wage Hits will continue to be received and must be worked withing 30 days.
The following programs can search and use UIB data:

CCAP

Medicaid
-
LIHEAP
-
SNAP
-
TANF
Data from this interface can be used for administrative purposes of each program, which includes appeals and IPVs. This data may be used to verify the following:

Unearned income
-
Earned Rights Benefits (Medicaid and TANF)
If data received from this interface is inconsistent with information provided from the household, additional verification is required.
Data from this interface CAN be released to the applicant, participant or authorized representative. Data received from this interface MUST NOT be released to any agency or other individual in or out-of-state.
